The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, participated in the forum “Economic Recovery and Development: Consolidation of Efforts by Civil Society, Business, and Government.”
Mr. Kotukov discussed state programs for financial support and incentives to boost entrepreneurship in the region, as well as the employment service’s offerings in professional training, skill development, job search, and employment assistance, including the “Restoration Army” project. Notably, he emphasized the availability of microgrants and grants for veterans and their families.
