On 01.07, the Municipal Institution High Hub Youth Center of the Vysochanska Settlement Council hosted the group psychological session “A Date with Yourself: The Path to Inner Strength,” conducted by specialists from the NGO “Green-Landia” for women aged 18+.
The session began with a psychological self-esteem test, which naturally led into a discussion about the self-worth of each participant.
The women had the opportunity to explore their personal boundaries and work through internal destructive beliefs, including the “inner critic.”
This workshop became a true “date” with oneself, where there was no need to be strong for anyone else—participants could simply be themselves. The Youth Center became a genuine women’s circle, where everyone could find support and inspiration.
