🏐 On August 16, 2025, a mixed volleyball tournament of the Vysokyi community open championship was held in the village of Babai.
📌 The tournament was initiated, organized, and conducted by the Volleyball Federation of Kharkiv District, Vysokyi Youth Sports School, and the Municipal Institution “High Hub” Youth Center of the Vysokyi Village Council.
🎤 During the opening ceremony, First Deputy Head of the Vysokyi community, Ivan Mykhailychenko, emphasized that the community leaders fully understand the priority areas — the development of sports and physical culture in community life. “A healthy person means a strong and developed country,” summed up Ivan Oleksandrovych.
👥 Ten teams took part in the tournament: 7 teams from Vysokyi, 2 from Babai, and 1 from Pisochyn.
🏆 Tournament winners:
🥇 1st place — Pisochyn: Oleksandr Zaikovskyi, Kateryna Ponomarova
🥈 2nd place — “Spartak” Vysokyi-3: Ihor Syritsa and Ruslana Stavytska
🥉 3rd place — “Spartak” Vysokyi-2: Anton Kotliarov and Kseniia Kozlova
