Creativity that heals: how our workshop went in a circle of our own
With the support of Project HOPE within the EAPC project, yesterday our office had a very special atmosphere. We held a workshop on painting eco-bags for the families of our defenders.
For us, this event is not just about drawing. It is about psychological relief and emotional recovery. In conditions of constant tension and waiting, the opportunity to switch attention to creativity becomes a real breath of fresh air.
Why is this important?
- Art therapy: Every color and every stroke helps release hidden emotions and reduce stress levels.
- Peer support: Communication in a circle of people who understand your pain without unnecessary words provides a sense of support and unity.
- Creating a personal symbol: Each bag became a unique artifact filled with hope and inner strength.
We thank all participants for their sincerity, smiles, and warmth that filled the space of the NGO “Wives of Veterans.” We continue working to ensure that our organization is a place not only of assistance but also of emotional recovery.
More meetings and shared steps toward mental health are ahead.
