Art therapy for women “Inspiration of the Soul,” which took place on 15.11 at the KZ Youth Center “High Hub” of the Vysokanska Village Council, was a meeting for self-expression and restoring inner harmony through coffee painting. Participants explored their emotions, feelings, and inner world, creating unique images that reflect the state of the soul.
The exploration was carried out through coffee painting (coffee art). Participants were invited to create “unique images that reflect the state of the soul.” Coffee served not only as a material (paint) but also as a powerful sensory trigger (through its aroma), helping to feel their current inner state more deeply.
Women and girls worked with different shades of coffee (from strong espresso to lightly brewed), creating monochrome paintings that symbolized their inner world.
After completing the paintings, a stage of group reflection and work with MAC cards took place. Each participant, if desired, presented her artwork and found answers within herself to the questions that were troubling her at that moment.
In our Youth Center, a true circle of female strength and support is being created, which becomes stronger with each such meeting.
