🌱 At the High Hub Youth Center, they talked about values that shape personality

🌱 У Молодіжному центрі High Hub говорили про цінності, які формують особистість

The art-therapeutic session “Portrait of My Soul: Name and Meanings,” conducted by Iurii Chumak on 18.01 at the High Hub Youth Center, was aimed at getting to know each other better, as well as reflecting on one’s own identity and life values. The event began with an introductory exercise “My Name,” during which everyone recalled the meaning of their name. This contributed to creating a friendly atmosphere, helped establish contact within the group, and set the tone for positive interaction.

An important part of the session was the exercise “My Values.” Young people reflected on the things, principles, and role models that are especially meaningful to them, and also learned to determine the priority of their own values. This helped to realize that inner guidelines can be different and at the same time important for each person.

The final stage was the exercise “The Mirror of My Values.” Within its framework, participants compared values that were or are defining at different stages of life—past, present, and future. This made it possible to see how life meanings change over time and how personal experience influences the formation of one’s worldview.

The event contributed to the development of self-awareness, emotional awareness, and the formation of a positive self-image, which are important components of psychosocial support for children and adolescents.

The events are held within the framework of the project “Skills of the Third Millennium,” implemented by the Municipal Institution Youth Center “HAI HAB” of the Vysochanska Settlement Council with the support of the Kharkiv Community Foundation “Toloka,” within the project “Community Pulse,” funded by The Global Fund for Community Foundations (GFCF). https://www.facebook.com/share/1BfHGxrfKw/
