On November 7, a mobile employment center operated in the Sakhnovshchyna community of the Berestynskyi district. Specialists from the Employment Service conducted an outreach event for residents of the Apollonivskyi elder district.
Visitors were informed about job opportunities, training, and business development. Job seekers and internally displaced persons learned about how to get involved in temporary employment, including socially useful and community work.
For those aspiring to start their own business, experts outlined the conditions for participating in the “Own Business” and “Grants for Veterans and Spouses” programs, which offer financial support for starting or expanding a business.
School youth attending the job fair received guidance on choosing a future career path.
Local employers — the agricultural company “Arogres,” farms “Hruzynov,” “Belyk,” “Bakumenko,” “Cherkas,” and private entrepreneur “Klochkо” — presented vacancies for tractor operators, agricultural (forestry) machinery operators, energy specialists, technologists, cooks, and more. Discussions with employers covered compensation mechanisms offered by the Employment Service, and entrepreneurs explored business support programs and job creation incentives.
The event was attended by the First Deputy of the Sakhnovshchyna Settlement Head, Maksym Karplyuk, and the head of the Apollonivskyi district, Lina Yanovska. They expressed gratitude to the Kharkiv Regional Employment Service for their collaboration, emphasizing that such outreach efforts make Employment Service resources more accessible and instill confidence in the community’s future.
