The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service continues its outreach activities, bringing services closer to the residents of the region. This time, the mobile center operated in the village of Bilyaivka in the Lozova district.
Specialists of the Employment Service provided consultations on employment, temporary work, starting a business, and vocational training. In addition, they spoke about pilot projects that enable veterans to undergo free professional training and women to acquire new professions, including in 31 so-called “male” specialties.
Representatives of local enterprises such as the agricultural company “Ukraina Nova,” the farming enterprise “Hlechyk,” LLC “Terra,” LLC KVF “Roma,” as well as local entrepreneurs presented their vacancies. The fair became a real platform of opportunities where job seekers and local employers met for direct dialogue.
To help the youth present choose their future profession, a career guidance event titled “A Step Toward Self-Determination” was held. Participants not only learned about the most relevant professions of today but also received practical advice on how to avoid mistakes when choosing a life path. For better self-awareness, participants underwent special testing, which allowed each of them to determine their interests and professional inclinations.
The director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, and the head of the Bilyaivka village council, Oleksandr Riznyk, honored the memory of fallen soldiers by laying flowers at the Alley of Glory. This alley was created thanks to the active participation of local residents in socially useful work.
The event concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center and the Bilyaivka community.
After the busy fair, Oleksandr Kotukov visited local entrepreneurs to see firsthand how grant support is transforming businesses. He visited entrepreneur Tymchenko O. V., who significantly expanded her grocery store thanks to grant support. He also got acquainted with the work of entrepreneur Hurov S. M., who produces delicious meat delicacies that have earned recognition among true connoisseurs of quality products.
