"Жива бібліотека" та "Як не помилитися у виборі професії": харківська молодь шукає себе попри спеку та відсутність світла, - ГО “Асоціація молодіжних лідерів України”

Neither the heat nor the lack of light will stop us

About two dozen visitors came to the Living Library with Yana Zavarzina – a famous Ukrainian singer and vocal coach for the “Vocal Masterclass”, or maybe this is fate and your calling?

After exercises for the development of the vocal apparatus, everyone could try their vocal abilities under the guidance of Mrs. Yana

And after the workshop, the participants continued their search for their life path at the group career consultation “How not to make a mistake in choosing a profession.” Young people did an exercise on analyzing the labor market in the Kharkiv region, heated discussions broke out: one group considered the profession of archaeologist undemanding in our time, the other – the profession of a teacher in a kindergarten, but there was unanimity with the professions in demand: salesman, military, construction professions and teachers – this is what is currently in demand.

Zhenya, 13 years old “I think that the profession of a watchmaker is no longer in demand, but I learned today that it turns out that volunteering is not a profession, but a form of activism”

Mykola, 22 years old “I recently looked for vacancies in our region and it so happened that my volunteering experience helped me find an administrator’s job in my hometown” High Hub Youth Center

The project is implemented by the public organization Association of Youth Leaders of Ukraine and the public organization NGO Youth Platform NGO “Youth Platform” within the framework of the USAID Ukraine – USAID Ukraine Dream and Act program, which is implemented by IREX in Ukraine
