Opening new opportunities for NEET youth
The team of our community joined the “Youth Window” program — an initiative aimed at developing youth policy and creating an effective support system for NEET youth in communities across Ukraine.
Participation in the program opens new opportunities to address the issues of this category of youth at the local level, implement effective solutions, and involve them in the life of the community and the country.
On March 26–27, training for the community team took place in the settlement of Vysokyi.
Participants familiarized themselves with key approaches to working with NEET youth, discussed current challenges, and identified priority areas for further work, namely the development of their own “Youth Window” project.
Ahead lies the implementation of the developed ideas and the opportunity to attract grant support for their realization.
We are working to ensure that the youth of the Vysokyi community have more opportunities for development and confidently build their future right here.
The event took place within the framework of the project “Unleash Youth Potential: Systemic Strengthening of Youth Services for the Implementation of the EU ‘Youth Guarantee’ Initiative in Ukraine.” The project is implemented by ISAR Ednannia in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Youth Center, with the support of UNICEF in Ukraine and funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the German Development Bank (KfW).
