During the summer, young people aged 10–14 completed a course from the NGO “Enlightened Initiative,” which was called “Pulse of Understanding – an exciting journey into the world of emotions, effective communication, and building strong relationships.
At the beginning of the classes, the group participants had problems with the ability to establish ecological, non-violent communication and in recognizing and expressing emotions.
Step by step, they learned to make friends and got to know each other better. By the end of the course, it was possible to create a strong team that continues to communicate even after the classes have ended.
