On Saturday, February 3, the High Hub Youth Center hosted psychological training “Ocean of Emotions” and the workshop “Emotional Etudes” in our space.
Boys and girls got to know their inner world, learned to recognize their emotions and communicate non-verbally with others
This is a long, but interesting path, which we have just started and will continue step by step, developing emotional intelligence in ourselves
Vova, 17 years old “I recently discovered this place for myself – the Youth Center. It’s really interesting to come here, I especially like the workshops and psychological games”
Mark, 18 years old “I am studying to be a psychologist, so this topic is interesting to me, I also like to participate and observe psychological workshops”
