Hi friends! Today we want to share with you the good news from Pokotylivka. Recently, a long-awaited event took place in the parish in honor of Reverend Agapit Pechersky of OCU – the abbot Archpriest Leonid Korensky consecrated a new iconostasis!
This is a real event for the local community, because the iconostasis is an integral part of the Orthodox church, where icons are placed that help us in prayer and communication with God. Now there is another special place in Pokotylivka where people can come to pray, find spiritual support and feel the presence of the Lord.
The abbot Archpriest Leonid conducted a solemn service, during which he consecrated the new iconostasis. It became a real celebration for the whole parish family. Joy, gratitude, inspiration – all this was felt in the air. People sincerely thanked God for this grace and are looking forward to new spiritual achievements within the walls of their temple.
This is another example of how faith and love for God unite people, help them grow spiritually and create something beautiful together. May the Lord bless the parish in Pokotylivka and everyone who belongs to it!
