The destroyed enterprise was founded more than 20 years ago, the owner of which is a volunteer and philanthropist, the head of the European Solidarity faction in the Kharkiv Regional Council, Skoryk Oleksandr.

Need help now. The company’s employees, volunteers, and simply concerned citizens gathered. Everyone helps eliminate the consequences. It must be done urgently here, because there are still meat products inside and it will be a disaster for the surrounding area,” Yalovol emphasizes.
Oleksandr Skoryk has been volunteering since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war – since 2014, he has been supporting Ukrainian defenders and all those in need. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the momentum of his aid only increased, and this despite the fact that the buildings and shops of the enterprise were under enemy attacks.
Oleksandr Oleksiyovych always helped everyone. We remember how in the first days of the large-scale invasion of the enemy, the meat processing plant was open to all volunteer organizations. Here, a queue of volunteer cars carrying meat, sausages and many other things was under fire. And ordinary people were transported, and in hospitals, maternity homes. Therefore, now everyone has gathered to help eliminate these consequences,” says Oleksandr Yalovol.
A large number of caring people came to help in clearing the debris: humanitarian Hub “East-West”, charity fund “World and Ukraine”, search and rescue team “Rose on the hand”, volunteer initiative “Let’s restore Kharkiv together”, “Strength of Kharkiv” and others.
