On the last day of April, a training titled “Goal Setting in Career Planning” was held at the Municipal Institution Youth Center “HI HUB” of the Vysokyi settlement council for girls aged 14 to 24 within the “POWER4Girls” project by the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development” with financial support from UNICEF. The main goal of the training was to develop participants’ skills in consciously designing their professional trajectory, achieving set goals, and mastering goal-setting tools. To teach them to distinguish between a “dream” and a “specific career goal.”
The girls developed individual development plans (IDPs) and broke down the path to achieving their goals into concrete steps.
During the training, special attention was paid to the visualization and structuring of goals.
The participants gained new knowledge that will help them become even more competitive in the labor market.
As a memento of the event, the girls received exclusive mugs from the speaker of the event, Tetiana Yaroslavska.
