Психологиня нашого Молодіжний центр High Hub Світлана Рідкозубова стала учасницею Всеукраїнського тренінгу “Youth Career Counseling” conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Youth Center, and the NGO SpivDiya in Kyiv from October 14 to 16, 2024.
This event brought together representatives from youth centers, career counselors, psychologists, educators, and employment center representatives to provide them with the opportunity to gain:
- Knowledge of basic tools for youth career counseling;
- Practical case studies to address classic requests for career counselors;
- Tips for writing résumés and cover letters;
- Answers to intriguing questions from HR professionals;
- Understanding of the fundamental principles of a career counselor’s work;
- Skills and leadership qualities for the future;
- Strategies and tools for job searching;
- Components of successful self-presentation;
- Development of a personal brand;
- Tools for labor market analysis.
All participants in the training left feeling very satisfied and inspired by the knowledge they received. Special thanks to the trainers (Olena Pidluzhna-Tkach and Olena Butova) and the organizers of this event for their significant and relevant contribution to working with youth!
