Hello everyone! Today I had a conversation with one “lady” — we met by chance in front of Nova Poshta… a “protocol conversation” — where are you, how are you, what do you do, aren’t you “bored”?… It turned out she doesn’t have the slightest idea what I’ve been doing together with our friends for many years… She asked how our brokerage company was doing, whether I had vacationed abroad this year and how many times, because previously we were rewarded at the company — all seminars for managers and directors in the best hotels abroad. Those who know me well understand how, with my character, it was to “stand and be silent”! I looked at her and didn’t even know what to answer, and when I received the parcels and explained that it was medicine, a heater for one of the aid points, tactical sneakers (because mine simply fell apart), that my car is like that because it was “dented at a disco by jealous ka&@ps” — she froze… at that moment a unit called and asked when I could “fly” to them to help with an evacuation and to help one of the hospitals with medical supplies (occlusive stickers, dressings, antiseptics for treating ambulances)… I wanted to say goodbye and leave, and at the end I heard: “Who do you think you are? At your age you should already be sitting at home knitting socks for your grandchildren, not flying around like a ‘witch’ on a broom! That annoys me, and people around, you know, how it ‘irritates’? People like you have already pissed everyone off with your ‘charity’!”… And she left… And do you know what I wanted to do at that moment? And you know — nothing! Absolutely nothing! Before, I would have chased her and smashed her face into the cobblestones so she’d feel what it’s like to have her “face to the ground”… But now no, because I don’t care about people like her, I don’t care about their opinion, BUT I do care about making it in time to help those who hold the sky for us so we can meet the sunrises…
