🇺🇦 Волонтери передали прапори 43-ї бригади та ГУР Kraken до краєзнавчого музею, - Волонтерський центр допомоги "Люботин SOS"

🇺🇦 Volunteers from the Lyubotyn SOS Volunteer Aid Center handed over TWO flags — of the 43rd Brigade and the Kraken special unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine — to the Lyubotyn Local History Museum.

💭 One day, as the head of the “Lyubotyn SOS” volunteer center, I was struck by a sudden thought while looking at a wall covered with patches, flags, and trophies from russia in a garage. I see it every day alone, and maybe the kids who stopped by Uncle Sasha’s place to see or touch a piece of a missile, ammunition, gear… that’s all. So I decided to transfer everything to our museum, because this is the history of the defenders of our town. Let everyone see it, be curious, and touch it…

🖊️ The flags bear autographs of the guys, some of whom are no longer alive. I handed over everything I had from the ATO and much more that I collected during the full-scale war since 2022 to the museum (some of what didn’t fit in the storage I’m keeping in garages until the museum can expand).

🧷 These aren’t just military items that were lying around in a warehouse. No — every item has a story, an owner — some were used to destroy enemy equipment, some are fragments, cluster munitions… all things that hit Lyubotyn.

👶 I believe this is important for our children and grandchildren — so they know and remember.

🙏 THANK YOU to all the staff of the Lyubotyn Local History Museum. You are preserving the memory for future generations of our community.

🇺🇦 UKRAINE WILL PREVAIL!
💪 Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
🌻 GLORY TO UKRAINE!

🎥 PS: May 18 was International Museum Day. A short video is in the first comment.
