A group of workers, including him, was returning from the Pokrovsk direction, where they were building defensive structures. On the way, they saw a military vehicle that had veered off the road. While they were helping to pull the vehicle out of the ditch, another car crashed directly into them.
Vadim was the most injured: fractures of both legs, several ribs, and a concussion.
He now requires long-term treatment and rehabilitation.
