Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, visited a location where unemployed and internally displaced persons, in particular from the Kupyan region, together with volunteers of the public organization “Volya, Victory, Unification of Ukraine” work on socially useful works. They weave camouflage nets and make trench candles for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over 1,000 square meters of nets and 5,000 candles were produced during the year. In addition, members of the “Recovery Army” provide humanitarian aid to people who suffered as a result of armed aggression – children, people with disabilities, senior citizens, etc.
O. Kotukov talked with Ihor Naumenko, head of the Kharkiv branch of the NGO “VPO of Ukraine”. During the conversation, he was informed about grant programs, compensatory programs for employers, in particular for the employment of forced migrants, opportunities for training under a voucher.
