Today, the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center presented its new director, Denys Oliynyk.
The new head was officially introduced to the team by the Director of the State Employment Service, Yulia Zhovtiak, and Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Yevhen Ivanov.
Yulia Zhovtiak emphasized:
“Kharkiv region demonstrates high performance and works at maximum capacity. First place among regions in socially useful jobs, second in issued vouchers for training and employment of internally displaced persons with employer compensation, and third in the number of issued microgrants.
I thank all employees of the Regional Employment Service for their professionalism and responsibility, which is extremely important today for the development and resilience of the region.”
Denys Oliynyk has significant management experience: he worked for 11 years as Deputy Director for Economic and Administrative Work and Development at the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine; he also served for over three years as Deputy Director of the State Employment Center. During his career, he has established himself as a professional and responsible manager, focused on implementing modern approaches to supporting employment.
During the introduction, Yevhen Ivanov highlighted the importance of stable operations of the employment service under martial law and wished the new director effectiveness and success in his future work.
The previous head, Oleksandr Kotukov, who led the institution for over two years, has been appointed Director of the Kharkiv Center for Vocational and Technical Education of the State Employment Service. Under his leadership, the regional employment service achieved significant results in implementing state programs, developing vocational training, and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.
The team of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Service thanked Oleksandr Kotukov for his productive cooperation and congratulated Denys Oliynyk on his new appointment, wishing him continued success and professional achievements.
