About Career, Development, and Starting Your Own Business – from the Kharkiv Employment Service
Specialists from the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center took part in a job fair for women organized by the NGO “Girls.”
During the event, visitors had the opportunity to receive individual consultations about the services provided by the Employment Service. Experts explained in detail the modern online tools for job searching and communication with the Service — the official website and the mobile application of the State Employment Service — and demonstrated how to use them effectively.
Particular attention was given to opportunities for starting entrepreneurial activity. Within the presentation “New Opportunities: Starting Your Own Business,” participants were introduced to the terms of the “Own Business” program, which provides financial support for launching a business.
Such events help increase women’s awareness of modern employment and professional development opportunities and support them in finding their path to economic independence.
