Venera Saakyan is an entrepreneur who, thanks to a microgrant, was able to make her long-held dream come true and develop her own business. Since childhood, she dreamed of creating beautiful and high-quality footwear. Despite having a technical education, her true calling was different. After completing specialized courses, Venera began working at various enterprises, where her creativity and professionalism were highly valued. This became the impetus for creating her own brand.
With over 15 years of experience, in 2020 Venera Saakyan opened a small production facility. She quickly developed different footwear lines, which helped attract new clients. Continuous training in online store development and targeted advertising allowed her to adapt the business to modern realities.
Thanks to her skills in independent design and understanding of the market, Venera decided to expand production by starting to collaborate with microbrands. For this, she needed new equipment to optimize operations and improve product quality.
Using the microgrant, Venera purchased a boot stretching machine, a ventilation hood, and a tablet heat press. She also bought the necessary materials: leather, suede, accessories, and more. This allowed her not only to significantly expand production but also to create three additional jobs.
