Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, took part in the “Dialogue Between Authorities and Business” platform at the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, where participants discussed the implementation of barrier-free policies and the creation of an accessible environment, particularly in the labor market.
During the event, Denys Oliinyk spoke about support programs for employers who hire people with disabilities. In particular, he focused on the compensation program for equipping workplaces for persons with Group I and Group II disabilities.
In addition, employers can receive compensation for part of the labor costs when hiring registered unemployed persons with disabilities for a period of six months.
Special attention was given to the work of the Made in Ukraine offices in the Kharkiv region, where entrepreneurs can receive consultations on Employment Service support programs and grant opportunities.
The head of the regional Employment Service also highlighted the effective cooperation with the office of tax consultants, through which employers and citizens are informed about the services and opportunities provided by the Service.
