Dialogue with employers is the key to an effective labor market
With the aim of developing partnership relations with employers and establishing effective cooperation, specialists of the Zlatopil Administration of the Lozova Branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center visited LLC KVF “ROMA” — one of the largest enterprises in the Kharkiv region, specializing in the production of flour and bakery products, grain storage and processing, and grain trading.
During the meeting, representatives of the employment service presented modern services and business support programs to the employer. In particular, they discussed opportunities for professional training of employees, improving their qualifications, and preparing personnel in line with the needs of the enterprise.
Special attention was given to compensation programs for employers and grant initiatives that help develop and scale businesses, create new jobs, and strengthen human resource potential. In addition, the employer was introduced to the opportunities of the “Point of Support” program, which provides assistance to businesses for recovery and development during wartime.
Participants of the meeting discussed the company’s current needs, prospects for further cooperation, and areas of collaboration to ensure the employer has access to the necessary workforce.
“For us, it is extremely important to maintain a constant dialogue with employers who create jobs and ensure community development. Joint work between the employment service and businesses strengthens the labor market, opens new opportunities for people, and helps enterprises find the specialists they need,” said Oksana Laktionova, Head of the Zlatopil Administration.
