Grant for a Dream: A Bakery and Coffee Shop Now Welcomes Guests
Anna Solodka, our grantee, has opened a small bakery, confectionery, and coffee shop all in one in Kharkiv. The bakery now produces and sells sourdough bread, pizza, buns, croissants, and doughnuts made from unique recipes. The establishment features two tables where visitors can enjoy coffee or tea.
With the grant funds, the entrepreneur purchased a pizza table, dough mixer, induction stove, glass display case, vacuum sealer, rack trolley, freezer, and more. As part of the grant project, two employees have been hired to work at the bakery.
Anna says that the bakery’s menu will adapt based on customers’ needs and preferences.
