The Kharkiv Regional Employment Center joined a large-scale job fair for veterans organized by the Kharkiv IT Cluster.
This event brought together IT companies ready to support defenders by offering jobs, training, and opportunities to build new careers after military service.
Participants had the chance to receive career consultations, advice on choosing training courses, determine their first steps in the IT field, explore current vacancies and internship programs, and even take part in express interviews directly during the event.
During the panel discussion, the Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, spoke about the main directions of the State Employment Service’s work aimed at supporting veterans in their integration into the labor market. He informed attendees about the opportunities provided by the Service: professional training, retraining, skill enhancement, and support in starting or developing their own business.
“Whatever path a veteran chooses,” emphasized Oleksandr Kotukov, “employment service specialists always find individual solutions and help them take a confident step forward.”
In addition, employment service specialists provided consultations for everyone interested in both permanent and temporary employment, educational opportunities, voucher programs, and participation in grant initiatives.
Warm communication, sincere stories, and a shared desire for growth — that was the atmosphere at the Job Fair.
