Today, the Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, visited one of the largest factories in Kharkiv – the Komunar Association.
With director Anatoly Yaremenko, compensatory support programs for employers were considered, including for the employment of displaced persons, improving the qualifications of employees at the expense of a voucher, internships ordered by the employer. The focus is on the program – compensation of expenses for setting up a workplace for a person with a disability, which started operating very recently.
In addition, the organization of socially useful works was discussed. As a result of hostilities, the plant suffered significant destruction. There was a hit by Russian missiles, the fall of an enemy plane on the territory of the plant. Therefore, the company was one of the first in Kharkiv to participate in socially useful works. Since March 2023, members of the #Reconstruction_Army have been working to eliminate the destruction in the territory of the Communard. In total, the employment service has already issued 95 referrals to participants of socially useful works, almost 900,000 hryvnias have been paid for their wages.
At the end of the meeting, O. Kotukov was shown the museum of the enterprise, as well as the components for measuring electricity and water produced at the plant.
