Malynivska community of Chuhuiv district
The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, visited the Malynivska territorial community, where he met with the head of the community, Mykola Semerianov, and also spoke with entrepreneurs and employers.
The community suffered significant destruction during active hostilities and, unfortunately, is still under shelling. Part of the business sector was forced to relocate, but the entrepreneurs who remained continue to work, support people, and their community. This is an example of resilience and responsibility.
During the meetings, current support programs were presented:
compensation for employers for hiring veterans, internally displaced persons, youth, and people with disabilities
microgrants – up to 500,000 UAH
youth grants – up to 200,000 UAH
veteran grants – up to 1 million UAH
up to 8 million UAH – for the development of processing industry
up to 16 million UAH – for the restoration of damaged enterprises
energy support programs for individual entrepreneurs
Opportunities for organizing socially useful and public works were also discussed as a tool to support people and rebuild territories.
A separate meeting was held with one of the key employers of the community. Despite significant damage, the enterprise continues to operate and provides employment for local residents.
Agreements were reached on further cooperation, in particular in personnel recruitment and involvement in support programs.
Results of cooperation with the territorial community since the beginning of 2026:
16 people employed
37 people involved in temporary work
11 employers cooperated with the service
10 vacancies filled
