The mobile employment center, along with the traveling job fair, visited the village of Blynzuki in the Lozivskyi district. During the event, visitors had the opportunity to learn about current job vacancies, employment service offerings, opportunities to start and develop their own business, professional training funded by a voucher, as well as gaining a new profession at the Kharkiv Center for Vocational and Technical Education of the State Employment Service.
Local employers, including the agro-industrial company “NovaAgro,” Blynzuki Bread Products Plant, LLC “Kolos,” the farm “Zheleznyak,” Blynzuki Central District Hospital, and the communal enterprise “Komunalnyk,” offered job seekers vacancies such as farm worker, driver, tractor operator, combine harvester, agricultural machinery repairman, production line operator, food product seller, dryer operator, electrician, weighbridge operator, as well as doctors and nurses.
A career orientation training session titled “Step to Self-Identification” was held for students, where they were informed about relevant professions and current labor market trends.
During the trip, the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, visited the volunteer organization “Unity of Blynzuki” and spoke with participants in socially useful work. He also met with entrepreneur Iryna Holovko, who received a microgrant that helped expand her grocery store in Blynzuki.
“We strive to be closer to the people, to respond promptly to the needs of the communities, and to support everyone who is looking for work or seeking to develop their own business. Traveling events are not just consultations but a live dialogue with the community,” said Oleksandr Kotukov.
Blynzuki village head, Hennadiy Korol, thanked the employment service for the collaboration and emphasized the importance of holding such events to support the community.
Since the beginning of the year, 264 people have received services from the Blynzuki department of the Lozivskyi branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center. Of these, one in three found employment with the help of the employment service. The job vacancy fill rate in Blynzuki is one of the highest among the region’s communities, at 86%.
