During a working meeting between the Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, and the General Director of the Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Energy Machines,” Viktor Subotin, the participants discussed the implementation of business support tools and the preservation of jobs under martial law. Special attention was given to the results of the long-term cooperation between the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center and the enterprise.

The head of JSC “Ukrainian Energy Machines” conducted a tour of the production workshops, presenting the operation of the plant’s facilities and the current production tasks carried out by the energy engineering team.

During the meeting, Denys Oliinyk presented the government program “Point of Support,” aimed at assisting employers seeking to preserve their workforce. The program provides support to enterprises whose property was damaged or destroyed as a result of armed aggression after January 1, 2026.

The director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center also informed participants about opportunities under the vocational training program for women in professions traditionally dominated by men. The implementation of this initiative may become one of the effective tools for addressing staffing needs of regional enterprises. In particular, training can be provided at the Kharkiv Center for Vocational and Technical Education of the State Employment Service.

“JSC ‘Ukrainian Energy Machines’ is a flagship of Ukrainian power engineering and an example of high social responsibility in business. The ‘Point of Support’ program was created specifically to support enterprises affected by the war that continue to operate, maintain production, and preserve their workforce,” Denys Oliinyk noted.

Following the meeting, the leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Service and JSC “Ukrainian Energy Machines” agreed to further expand cooperation, particularly regarding the company’s participation in job fairs, forums, and other joint events.
