An important dialogue took place in Izium.
The Izium branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, together with the Department of Social Protection of the City Council and the public organization “Veterans’ Movement ‘Izium Frontier’,” held a round table for combat veterans.
During the event, employment service specialists provided detailed information to those present about the opportunities offered by the State Employment Service for male and female veterans. In particular, it concerned professional training and advanced qualifications that help adapt to the needs of the modern labor market, as well as a veteran grant program for starting or developing one’s own business.
Special attention was paid to the issue of creating and equipping workplaces for persons with disabilities. Currently, the development of an inclusive labor market is one of the key tasks of the state, as it is not only about employment, but also about dignity, equal opportunities, and full integration of veterans into civilian life.
Participants of the event also became acquainted with other social services provided in the community and received answers to актуальні questions.
For the employment service, support for male and female veterans is one of the priority areas of work. The issue of their employment, professional realization, and economic independence is not only about employment, but also about restoring life prospects, social stability, and the development of communities. That is why the employment service continues to strengthen its work in this direction, expanding opportunities and support tools for those who defended and are defending our country.
