In Kharkiv, which suffers from shelling almost daily, unemployed individuals continue to work actively as part of the #Recovery_Army project.
One of the contracting organizations participating in this program is the public organization “I Am Saved.”
Unemployed individuals engaged in public works are currently clearing the debris of residential buildings damaged as a result of russian aggression, eliminating the aftermath of shelling, removing rubble, boarding up windows with OSB sheets, and more.
“The Employment Service is not standing aside. We are actively participating in the restoration process of Kharkiv by organizing public works and involving the unemployed. The contribution of these people to the rebuilding of our city is crucial. Their work enables a rapid response to the consequences of shelling, the protection of surviving housing, and the creation of conditions for people to return to normal life. The work of the unemployed within the ‘Recovery Army’ is not only humanitarian aid but also a strategically important step toward stabilizing the situation and preparing for the full restoration of the region,” noted the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov.
According to him, the employment service is making a significant contribution to the reconstruction and economic development of the Kharkiv region.
