Specialists of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Service continue working directly within the communities of the region so that residents of even the most remote settlements can receive the necessary services and consultations. This time, the Mobile Employment Center visited the Biliaivka Territorial Community of the Lozova district.
During the outreach event, community residents learned about current vacancies, opportunities for professional training and retraining, and state grant programs for starting and developing their own businesses. Specialists also provided detailed information about the conditions for participating in socially useful and community work, who can join such activities, and what opportunities they offer.
Special attention was given to individual communication with local residents. During consultations, specialists helped determine the most effective employment pathways, answered questions, and discussed the difficulties people face while searching for work.
Employers were introduced to compensation programs offered by the Employment Service, which help expand employment opportunities and support business development. Entrepreneurs also received information about state programs supporting business and creating new jobs.
In addition, visitors had the opportunity to communicate directly with employers, learn about available vacancies, and discuss employment prospects.
Such outreach events help make Employment Service services more accessible to community residents, contribute to the development of the local labor market, and support people in finding new professional opportunities.
The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service will continue working in communities across the region so that every resident has the opportunity to receive qualified support, benefit from state programs, and find new opportunities for employment, professional development, or starting their own business.
