The level of unemployment, the shortage of workers in skilled trades, opportunities for training and retraining, as well as support for veterans and internally displaced persons who are forced to change professions because of the war, were discussed by the Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, in an interview with the media outlet Kharkiv News – 057.ua. The national project “Experience Matters,” aimed at supporting people aged 50+, was also discussed separately.
