🤝 A working meeting took place between Oleksandr Kotukov, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, and Viktor Subotin, CEO of JSC “Ukrenergomashyny”.
💼 During the meeting, the head of the regional employment service presented the range of opportunities offered by the Service, including current employer support programs. The parties discussed reimbursement for hiring internally displaced persons, workplace arrangements for people with disabilities, and the terms of professional training for company employees through vouchers.
🏭 Special attention was paid to the importance of cooperation with a strategically significant enterprise in the region. JSC “Ukrenergomashyny” is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of power equipment and one of the global leaders in turbine engineering. Such partnerships strengthen the economic resilience of both communities and the region as a whole, promote job creation, and support the development of key industrial sectors.

Together we can do more—especially now, when the country needs unity, determination, and action,” emphasized Oleksandr Kotukov.
📊 The Employment Service has been cooperating with JSC “Ukrenergomashyny” for some time across various initiatives. Over the past five years, the company has received over UAH 43.7 million in partial unemployment aid, more than UAH 11.3 million of which was in 2025. In 2024–2025, compensations for employing internally displaced persons amounted to over UAH 351,300. This year, 41 job vacancies have been filled with the Service’s assistance.
🔧 The meeting also addressed the prospects of implementing pilot projects for veteran retraining, as well as expanding professional opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated fields.
