The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service Participated in the Job Fair “Polytech-2024” Held at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”
“The Employment Service is a modern service-oriented institution offering numerous innovative, mobile, and remote services! Currently, it features over 2,000 active job vacancies from employers across the Kharkiv region,” noted Oleksandr Kotukov, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center.
According to him, the Service now provides young people with opportunities for career guidance, professional training, and employment, including the chance to receive a micro-grant from the government to start or expand a business.
Specialists presented career guidance and job search services, discussed the prospects of various professions, and assisted attendees with career guidance computer testing. They also helped visitors create their resumes and provided advice on how to succeed in job interviews.
The “Polytech-2024” job fair featured 13 regional employers who showcased their job openings, explained working conditions, salary levels, and social benefits. Students were invited to consider internship opportunities directly at the enterprises with prospects for future employment. The event attracted over 300 attendees.
