🏢 The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service presented employment and grant support programs

🏢 Харківська обласна служба зайнятості представила програми працевлаштування та грантової підтримки

Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, took part in the International адвокат forum “Kharkiv Unbreakable 2026,” which was held in Kharkiv.

The forum brought together Members of Parliament of Ukraine, representatives of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, senior bodies of адвокат self-government of Ukraine, as well as legal professionals, scholars, and international partners from the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, the United States, and other countries. The event was organized by the National Bar Association of Ukraine and the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

The head of the regional employment service presented to forum participants the opportunities offered by the Service for the region’s population and businesses.

During his speech, Denys Oliinyk informed attendees about state support programs that currently help people find jobs, start their own businesses, and develop enterprises even in the challenging conditions of a frontline region. In particular, he spoke about the Own Business grant program, veteran grants, grants for the development of processing enterprises, and business recovery support programs.

Attention was also given to compensation programs for employers for hiring internally displaced persons, male and female veterans, people with disabilities, youth, pre-retirement age individuals, and other population groups requiring support in the labor market.

Forum participants were also introduced to the “Point of Support” program and the opportunities for professional training with the assistance of the employment service.

“Today, it is extremely important not only to help a person find a job, but also to create conditions for professional development, retraining, and adaptation to modern labor market challenges. I am convinced that legal support for citizens, the development of entrepreneurship, the creation of new jobs, and support for employers are the foundation of a stable labor market and the economic resilience of our region. We will continue working to ensure that people have opportunities to realize themselves, and businesses can grow and create new jobs in the Kharkiv region,” Denys Oliinyk emphasized.
