How can an employer receive compensation for arranging a workplace for a person with a disability?
The Employment Service offers employers to receive compensation for the actual costs of arranging workplaces for employed people with disabilities. Its size is:
- up to UAH 106.5 thousand for arranging a workplace for a person with a disability of the first group;
- up to UAH 71,000 for arranging a workplace for a person with a disability of the II group.
Businesses and entrepreneurs are compensated for the costs of purchasing various tools that will contribute to more functional, safe and comfortable adaptation of workplaces.
In order to receive compensation, the employer must submit an application for reimbursement of the cost of expenses to the branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center or its structural division at the place of their economic activity within 90 days after the employment of a person with a disability.
