🎨 Art therapy is not just drawings. It is an opportunity to touch your inner world, let go of pain, and find new strength. During art therapy, veterans and their families paint emotions that are difficult to express in words. And it is through colors and images that they gradually relieve the burden of anxiety and stress.
🙌🏻 Such meetings create an atmosphere of trust and support. Here everyone can feel: “I am not alone in my struggle.” This is the strength of the community, which helps to move forward despite all challenges.
