Bike Ride in Memory of Serhiy Alfimov in Bezliudivka
Today in Bezliudivka, a bike ride was held in memory of the fallen Defender of Ukraine, Serhiy Alfimov. The event saw participation from adults, children, and youth. Our organization also joined the event to come together and honor the memory of those who gave their lives for a free Ukraine.
This event was initiated by the Kharkiv public organization “Radmir.” It is the fourth bike ride in the Bezliudivka community, with the last two dedicated to Serhiy’s memory. He dreamed of developing cycling in his native community, and his family supports this initiative.
Participants cycled through the village streets, passing along the Udyan Trail to the Skovoroda Path. Honoring the memory of fallen heroes is an important step in preserving our history and national consciousness. The bike ride through Serhiy’s hometown is a symbolic way to express our respect and gratitude to those who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine. Each turn of the wheel on these streets serves as a reminder of the heroic path of our Defenders and that their sacrifice was not in vain.
By coming together for such events, we not only honor the memory of fallen heroes but also show our commitment to keeping their ideals in our hearts and daily lives. The bike ride in Bezliudivka serves as a reminder to us and future generations that freedom comes at a great cost, and we must remember those who fought for it and continue to fight today.
