August 30, 2024: English language class conducted by the High Hub Youth Center, supported by the NGO “Educated Initiative” at the Smart Community OKC.
In this session, we discussed social media with the topic “Social Media: Friend or Foe?”
We explored various social networks that participants use, their pros and cons, and their impact on our lives.
Social media is relevant to each of us, and expressing this in English allows us to communicate with a broader audience, especially on social platforms.
During the session, we expanded our English vocabulary and learned how to articulate our opinions using these words. Participants analyzed the opportunities that communication in the media space provides and how it affects them. Each participant practiced expressing their views and impressions on the topic with the help of the speaker. Everyone gained not only knowledge but also wonderful impressions and positive emotions.
