Light that brings warmth: how our workshop in a circle of friends went
With the support of Project HOPE within the EASAR project, a special atmosphere recently filled our center. We held a workshop on making and decorating candles for the relatives of our defenders.
For us, this event is not just about creativity. It is about finding inner light, psychological relief, and emotional rehabilitation. When there is so much anxiety around, the opportunity to create a source of warmth with your own hands becomes real therapy for the soul.
Working with natural wax, aromas, and shapes calms the mind, helps to ground oneself, and reduces stress. Peer support: communication in a circle of people who understand your pain without extra words provides a sense of support and unity.
The candle created by each participant became a symbol of faith, comfort, and unbreakable inner strength that will bring warmth at home.
We thank all participants for their sincerity, smiles, and the warmth you brought into the space of the NGO “Wives of Veterans”.
We continue working to ensure that our organization is not only a place of support but also a space for emotional recovery.
