Creativity that brings peace: children’s smiles despite everything
Recently, the team of the NGO “Wives of Veterans”, with the support of Project HORE within the EASAR project, held a workshop on making bath geysers for the children of our defenders from the NGO “Heroes of Zmiivshchyna”.
In our time, children are constantly under stress, so such events are primarily about emotional recovery:
• Focus on the process: creating something with their own hands helps a child shift attention and find inner calm.
• Creative self-expression: the ability to choose colors and scents brings joy and positive emotions.
• Warm atmosphere: communication in a circle of friends creates a sense of safety and support.
We thank the NGO “Heroes of Zmiivshchyna” for visiting us! Together we try to preserve a piece of bright and carefree childhood for the little ones.
