Good morning, our dear friends!
We’re sharing with you photos from the media literacy events held on September 13, 2024, in Babaivka.
During the training “Memetics: The Impact of Memes on Our Thoughts,” we learned:
- What memetics and memes are
- About different types of memes
- The most popular memes and watched funny videos
- How memes can be used to manipulate us
We also had a fantastic time during the networking event “Friday the 13th: Are You Afraid of the Dark?”, where in an atmosphere of horror and mystery, we held a mini quest. Teams solved ciphers, answered riddles, and created popular characters from well-known horror and thriller movies. As always, the winning teams received awesome prizes!
Roman, 15: “Our team won the quest ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ today. The event was very active and interesting, especially enjoyed the memes about political figures in the first part of media literacy – ‘Memetics.'”
Valentin, 15: “I love memes, so I came to the session at the center. As always, I learned a lot of interesting things.”
