At the end of April 2025, the Kharkiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, together with its partners, organized a wonderful day of psychological relief for Kharkiv volunteers — people who help others every day.
In the cozy atmosphere of the “Reforma” beauty salon, a gratitude event took place, where volunteers could pause for a moment, breathe out, and simply be present in the moment.
The program included:
– A psychological training by the Kharkiv branch — about emotional resilience, self-support, and how not to burn out while helping others.
– A floral workshop — creating their own bouquet became not just entertainment for participants, but a true therapeutic process.
– And of course, beauty treatments: everyone received pleasant care. Because self-care is also an act of love for the world.
