Emotional recovery and care: a workshop for the families of our defenders
Recently, the team of the NGO “Wives of Veterans”, with the support of Project HOPE within the EAPC project, held a special workshop. Together with the families of Ukrainian defenders, we learned how to make natural body scrubs by hand.
Today, the families of our soldiers carry an enormous burden of worry and need special support. This event became a space for psychological relief, emotional recovery, and warm communication.
We were able to give participants the opportunity to step away from distressing news for at least an hour and dedicate time to self-care. Thank you to everyone who took part! We are creating an atmosphere of comfort and support for the families of our heroes despite any challenges.
