Struggle for Freedom: NGO “Veterans’ Wives” Joined the “Save from Captivity! Don’t Be Silent!” Campaign
The NGO “Veterans’ Wives” actively participated in the “Save from Captivity! Don’t Be Silent!” campaign, which united people advocating for the release of Ukrainian soldiers from enemy captivity. The event aimed to raise awareness about this issue.
“We must fight for every one of our guys who has been taken prisoner, just as they fought for our future. Such campaigns are important as they show that we have not forgotten those who are currently in enemy hands and are ready to do everything possible to bring them home,” emphasized Olya Lekhan, head of the NGO “Veterans’ Wives.”
Thanks to joint efforts and active civic engagement, the “Save from Captivity! Don’t Be Silent!” campaign has become another step in the fight for the freedom of our defenders, demonstrating that Ukraine does not leave its heroes in distress.
