Our center hosted a psychological relief training specially organized for families of veterans. The purpose of the training was to support families who face the daily challenges of adapting to peaceful life after their loved ones return from military service.
The training was conducted by a psychologist who specializes in working with veterans and their families. The program included various relaxation techniques, stress reduction exercises, and techniques for improving emotional state. Families were able to share their experiences and receive qualified support in a friendly and safe environment.
During the training, a master class on meditation and breathing practices was held, where the participants learned basic meditation techniques that help calm the mind and relieve tension.
After the group training, each participant had the opportunity to talk with a psychologist one-on-one to receive personal recommendations.
Group therapy sessions are a space for frank conversations where everyone can share their experiences and hear advice from others who are going through similar situations.
Feedback from participants was extremely positive. Many noted that this training helped them feel supported and understood that they are not alone in their experiences.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who participated in the organization of this event, as well as to our veterans and their families for their active participation. Together we are taking a big step towards creating a community where everyone has support and understanding.
