Table Tennis That Ignites Hearts: Who Was the Best This Time?
On October 25, the Palace of Culture and Arts hosted another table tennis tournament of the Vysochanska community, traditionally organized by the Youth Center “High Hub” and the Vysochanska Children and Youth Sports School.
Each set was like a small battle, each rally — an opportunity to show reaction speed, precision, and character.
Thirteen young athletes from three villages of the community — Babai, Vysokyi, and Pokotylivka — took part in the competition. And while some are just starting their journey in table tennis, everyone demonstrated real skill in speed and concentration!
Tournament results:
Adult group:
- Vladyslav Berezhnyi, 24 years old, Babai village
- Ivan Fedorov, 16 years old, Pokotylivka village
- Tymofii Yatsenko, 17 years old, Vysokyi village
Junior group:
- Maksym Kokadii, 14 years old, Pokotylivka village
- Mykyta Ulanov, 12 years old, Babai village
- Artem Blahoi, 15 years old, Babai village
The winners received cups, medals, certificates, and memorable gifts — but most importantly, faith in their own strength and new motivation to perfect every shot.
Special applause goes to Yelyzaveta Baklushyna (Babai village), the only girl in the tournament, who received a special award from the Youth Center “High Hub” for her willpower and sporting spirit!
We believe in our athletes because it’s tournaments like these that nurture the future champions of Ukraine!
